POLICY

Return Policy

This policy explains what happens if you cancel a visit or subscription, what is charged when a licensed provider does not prescribe, and how to report an order that arrives damaged or incorrect. Prescription medications are handled differently from ordinary retail products, so please read this page before you order.

Prescription medications cannot be returned

Once a prescription has been dispensed by the pharmacy, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies even if the package is unopened. Medication that has left the pharmacy cannot be verified as safe to re-dispense to another patient, so licensed pharmacies do not accept it back. Please review your order carefully and ask your licensed provider any questions through the patient portal before a prescription is sent to the pharmacy.

Canceling before provider review

If you cancel your online visit before a licensed provider has reviewed it, you receive a full refund of everything you paid. To cancel, sign in to the patient portal at https://portal.hoolongevity.com or email care@newdaymeds.com from the email address on your account. The sooner you contact us, the more likely the visit can be stopped before review begins.

If the provider does not prescribe

A licensed provider may decide that a treatment is not appropriate for you based on your health history. If that happens, only the visit fee is charged. Any amount you paid toward medication is refunded. The visit fee covers the provider's review of your intake and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscription cancellations

Subscriptions renew monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you chose. You can cancel at any time in the patient portal. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel before your next billing date, which is shown in the portal. Once a renewal has been charged and the medication has been dispensed, that shipment cannot be canceled or refunded, because prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is not what was prescribed, or appears to have been compromised in transit, report it through the patient portal within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and contents and a short description of the problem. Do not use medication that looks damaged, has leaked, or does not match your prescription. We will work with the pharmacy to resolve the issue. Reports received after the 48 hour window may be more difficult to resolve, so please check your package as soon as it arrives.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Details are confirmed at checkout.
