HELP CENTER

How can we help?

Answers to the questions we hear most. For anything about your own prescription, symptoms or dose, message your provider in the patient portal.

Getting started

How does NewDay Wellness work?

NewDay Wellness connects you with a licensed provider through an online visit. You choose a treatment area, complete a health intake, and a licensed provider reviews your answers to decide whether a prescription is appropriate for you. If a prescription is written, your medication is dispensed by a licensed US pharmacy and shipped to your door with free shipping included.

Everything happens online, so there is no office to visit. You can follow your order, message about medical questions, and manage your plan through the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com.

Do I need a prescription before I start?

No. You do not need an existing prescription to begin. Your online visit is how a licensed provider evaluates whether a prescription treatment is right for you. Complete the intake honestly and in full, because the provider relies on it to make a safe decision.

Keep in mind that completing an intake does not mean a prescription will be written. The licensed provider makes the final call based on your health history. If a prescription is not appropriate for you, only the visit fee is charged.

What happens after I submit my intake?

Once your intake is submitted, a licensed provider reviews it. The provider may approve a treatment, suggest a different option, or ask follow-up questions through the patient portal, so check your email and portal messages after you submit.

  • If a prescription is written, it is sent to a licensed US pharmacy for dispensing.
  • Your order ships with free shipping, and tracking is emailed to you.
  • If the provider decides not to prescribe, only the visit fee is charged.

Review timing can vary. Contact care@newdaymeds.com if you have questions while you wait.

Is there anything I should prepare before my visit?

It helps to have a few things ready before you start your online visit: a list of medications and supplements you currently take, any known allergies, relevant health conditions, and recent lab results if you have them. Some treatments may require additional information, which will be requested during the intake.

Answer every question completely. The licensed provider cannot see you in person, so your written answers are the basis for a safe decision. If you are unsure how to answer something, you can ask through the patient portal before submitting.

Are the treatments on this site right for me?

Only a licensed provider can determine that, after reviewing your health intake. The information on this site is educational and does not determine eligibility for any treatment. Some medications we offer are compounded, which means they are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual prescription and are not FDA-approved.

If you have questions about whether a specific treatment fits your situation, start an online visit or message a licensed provider through the patient portal. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Account and portal access

How do I access the patient portal?

The patient portal is at portal.hoolongevity.com. Use the email address you provided during your online visit to sign in. The portal is where you can message a licensed provider, view your orders, and manage your subscription.

If you have trouble signing in, use the password reset option on the sign-in page. If that does not resolve it, email care@newdaymeds.com from the address on your account and we will help you regain access.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

First, confirm you are using the same email address you entered during your online visit. Then try the password reset option on the portal sign-in page and check your spam or promotions folder for the reset email.

If you still cannot get in, contact care@newdaymeds.com and include the email on your account and a short description of what you see. For your security, we may ask you to confirm some account details before making changes.

How do I update my address, phone number, or email?

You can update your contact details in the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com. Please update your shipping address before your next billing date so your next order goes to the right place.

If an order has already been processed, email care@newdaymeds.com as soon as possible. We cannot promise an address change after a package has shipped, but we will do what we can. Changing your email address may require confirming the request from both addresses.

Can I use the portal for medical questions?

Yes. The patient portal is the right place for medical questions, including questions about how to use your medication, side effects you are noticing, or whether an adjustment to your plan is appropriate. A licensed provider will respond there. Email support can help with orders, billing, and account issues, but cannot give medical advice.

The portal is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away.

Provider review

Who reviews my intake?

Your intake is reviewed by a licensed provider who evaluates your health history, current medications, and goals to decide whether a prescription is appropriate. The provider may approve the treatment you selected, recommend a different option, or decline to prescribe if it is not safe for you.

Providers can also ask follow-up questions through the patient portal before making a decision, so please respond promptly. All provider communication happens in the portal at portal.hoolongevity.com.

How long does provider review take?

Review time varies depending on the treatment and whether the licensed provider needs more information from you. The fastest way to keep things moving is to answer every intake question fully and to respond quickly to any follow-up messages in the patient portal.

You will be notified by email when there is an update. If you have been waiting longer than expected and have not heard anything, contact care@newdaymeds.com and we will check on the status of your visit.

What if the provider does not prescribe?

Sometimes a licensed provider decides a treatment is not appropriate based on your health history. If that happens, you are charged only the visit fee, not the medication cost. The provider may suggest an alternative treatment or recommend that you follow up with your regular healthcare team.

If you have questions about the decision, you can message the provider through the patient portal. Please note that we cannot override a provider's medical decision through customer support.

Can I change my mind before the provider reviews my visit?

Yes. If you cancel before a licensed provider has reviewed your visit, you receive a full refund. Once review has begun, the visit fee applies because the provider's time has been used.

To cancel before review, go to the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com or email care@newdaymeds.com right away with the email address on your account. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can stop the visit before review starts.

Prescriptions

Where is my prescription filled?

Prescriptions written by your licensed provider are sent to licensed US pharmacies for dispensing. Some medications are compounded, meaning a licensed pharmacy prepares them for your individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and your provider will discuss which type of medication is being prescribed.

Once dispensed, your medication ships directly to the address on your account with free shipping included. You will receive tracking by email when it is on its way.

Can I transfer my prescription to a local pharmacy?

Our online visit and pharmacy process are designed to work together, and medications you order through NewDay Wellness are dispensed by our pharmacy partners. If you would like to discuss filling a prescription elsewhere, please contact care@newdaymeds.com and we can explain what is possible for your specific medication.

Compounded medications in particular are prepared for an individual prescription and typically cannot be transferred in the same way as a commercially manufactured product.

How do refills work?

Most treatments are offered as a monthly or quarterly subscription so your medication arrives before you run out. Your licensed provider decides how long a prescription is valid and when a follow-up check-in is needed. You may be asked to complete a brief update in the patient portal before a refill is released.

You can review your next billing date and make changes in the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com. Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to that shipment.

Can I request a dose change?

Dose decisions are made by your licensed provider. If you feel your current dose is not working well or you are experiencing side effects, message the provider through the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com. Do not change your dose on your own.

The provider will review your situation and decide whether an adjustment is appropriate. Any change is then communicated to the pharmacy. Please do not email support for dose questions, since support staff cannot provide medical advice.

Medication questions

What is a compounded medication?

A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient based on a provider's prescription. Compounding may combine ingredients, change a form, or adjust a strength that is not commercially available. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, which means the FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness, or quality the way it reviews approved products.

Your licensed provider will tell you whether a prescribed treatment is compounded. If you have questions about the difference, ask through the patient portal before you decide.

What does off-label use mean?

Off-label use means a licensed provider prescribes a medication for a purpose, dose, or population that is not included in its approved labeling. This is a common and legal practice when a provider believes it is appropriate based on clinical judgment and available evidence.

Our educational content distinguishes between approved uses, off-label uses, and compounded products. Only your licensed provider can determine whether a medication is right for you. For questions about a specific treatment, message the provider through the patient portal.

How should I store my medication?

Storage instructions depend on the medication. Injectable medications typically require refrigeration and are shipped with cold chain packaging to keep them at the right temperature in transit. Always follow the storage instructions included with your medication and any guidance from the pharmacy or your licensed provider.

When your package arrives, unpack it promptly and store it as directed. If you believe a shipment arrived outside the correct temperature range or was damaged, report it in the patient portal within 48 hours of delivery.

What if I experience side effects?

If you notice side effects, message your licensed provider through the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com and describe what you are experiencing. The provider can advise whether to continue, adjust, or stop the medication.

If you have symptoms that feel serious, such as trouble breathing, chest pain, severe allergic reaction, or fainting, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not wait for a portal response in an emergency.

Can I take my medication with other prescriptions or supplements?

This depends on what you take, which is why the intake asks for your full list of medications and supplements. Keep that list up to date in the patient portal and let your licensed provider know about anything new before you start it.

Support staff cannot answer interaction questions. Send them to the provider through the patient portal, and share the same information with your regular healthcare team so everyone involved in your care has the full picture.

Orders

How do I check the status of my order?

You can see your order status in the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com. Once your medication ships, a tracking link is emailed to the address on your account.

A typical order moves through provider review, pharmacy dispensing, and shipping. If a step seems stalled, check whether the licensed provider has sent you a follow-up question in the portal, since unanswered questions are a common reason for delay. For anything else, contact care@newdaymeds.com.

Can I change or cancel an order after it is placed?

If a licensed provider has not yet reviewed your visit, you can cancel for a full refund. After review, the visit fee applies. Once a prescription has been dispensed by the pharmacy, it cannot be returned or canceled, because prescription medications cannot be restocked once dispensed.

To request a change, go to the patient portal or email care@newdaymeds.com as early as possible. For subscriptions, changes made before the next billing date apply to your next shipment.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Please report a damaged or incorrect order through the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and contents if you can, and describe the problem. Do not use medication that looks damaged, leaked, or different from what was prescribed.

Once we receive your report, we will work with the pharmacy to resolve it. Reports made after the 48 hour window may be harder to resolve, so please check your package as soon as it arrives.

Why has my order not shipped yet?

Orders ship after a licensed provider approves a prescription and the pharmacy dispenses it. The most common reasons for a delay are an incomplete intake, an unanswered follow-up question from the provider, or a payment issue. Check your email and the patient portal for any messages.

Once your order ships, tracking is emailed to you automatically. If you have confirmed there are no pending messages and still have not received tracking, contact care@newdaymeds.com and we will look into it.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free and included with every medication order. There are no separate shipping fees added at checkout, including for cold chain shipments of injectable medications.

Medications ship from licensed US pharmacies directly to the address on your account. Make sure your shipping address is correct in the patient portal before your order is processed, since we cannot promise to redirect a package once it has left the pharmacy.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery timing depends on provider review, pharmacy dispensing, and the shipping method used for your order. Estimated timing is shown at checkout and in your confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it.

If your tracking has not updated for several days or shows a delivery problem, contact care@newdaymeds.com and we will help. Please report any damaged or incorrect shipments in the patient portal within 48 hours of delivery.

How are injectable medications shipped?

Injectable medications that need to stay cold are shipped with cold chain packaging, such as insulated containers and cooling packs, to maintain the right temperature in transit. Please plan to be available to receive the package or retrieve it promptly, and refrigerate it as directed as soon as it arrives.

If the cooling material has fully melted and the medication feels warm, or the package appears damaged, do not use it. Report it in the patient portal within 48 hours so we can work with the pharmacy on a resolution.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the box. Cold chain shipments are insulated but still unmarked as to what is inside.

If you have specific delivery preferences, such as leaving a package with a neighbor or at a building office, you may be able to set those with the carrier using the tracking link you receive by email. Carrier options vary by area, so not every choice may be available to you.

Do you ship to my state?

Availability depends on where a licensed provider and pharmacy can serve you. You can check whether we currently serve your state by entering your address during the online visit, and we will let you know before you pay if we are unable to ship to your location.

We ship within the United States only and do not ship internationally. If your state is not currently served, you can contact care@newdaymeds.com to ask about future availability.

Billing and payments

When am I charged?

Your payment method is charged when you complete checkout for your online visit. If a licensed provider does not prescribe a treatment, only the visit fee is charged and the medication cost is not kept. If you cancel before the provider has reviewed your visit, you receive a full refund.

For subscriptions, your payment method is charged automatically on each billing date, either monthly or quarterly depending on the plan you chose. Your next billing date is shown in the patient portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. If a payment fails, you will receive an email, and your order will not move forward until the issue is resolved. You can update your payment method in the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com.

If you have a question about a specific charge, email care@newdaymeds.com with the date and amount, and we will look into it. Please do not send full card numbers by email.

What is included in the price?

Pricing for each treatment is shown on its product page and at checkout. Shipping is free and included, including cold chain packaging for injectables. The online visit with a licensed provider has a visit fee, which is the only amount charged if the provider decides not to prescribe.

There are no hidden fees added after checkout. If anything about a charge is unclear, contact care@newdaymeds.com before your next billing date so we can clarify or help you make changes.

I see a charge I do not recognize. What should I do?

Start by checking your patient portal for recent orders and your subscription billing date, since most unexpected charges are scheduled renewals. If the charge still does not match anything on your account, email care@newdaymeds.com with the date, amount, and the last four digits of the card used.

We will investigate and respond. If a charge was made in error, we will correct it. Please avoid filing a chargeback before contacting us, since that can delay a resolution.

Insurance and HSA/FSA

Do you accept insurance?

Our treatments are priced for direct payment and are not billed to insurance. The price you see at checkout is the full price for the visit and medication, with shipping included. This keeps the process simple and avoids prior authorizations and surprise bills.

If you want to submit a claim to your insurer on your own, you can request an itemized receipt by emailing care@newdaymeds.com. We cannot predict whether your insurer will reimburse any portion of the cost.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Many patients choose to pay for prescription treatments with a health savings account or flexible spending account. Whether a specific charge is eligible depends on your plan administrator's rules and the treatment prescribed. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

If you need an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement, contact care@newdaymeds.com. We recommend checking with your plan administrator before relying on HSA or FSA funds for any purchase.

Can I get a receipt or superbill?

Yes. You can request an itemized receipt for your visit and medication by emailing care@newdaymeds.com from the email address on your account. Include the approximate date of the charge so we can locate it quickly.

Receipts show what you paid and when. We cannot promise that any insurer or plan administrator will accept them for reimbursement, since that decision is theirs. If you need a specific format, let us know and we will tell you what we can provide.

Subscription changes

How do subscriptions work?

Most treatments are offered as a subscription that renews monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you choose. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on your billing date, and the pharmacy dispenses and ships your next supply with free shipping included.

You stay in control through the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com, where you can see your next billing date and make changes. Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to that shipment.

Can I switch between monthly and quarterly plans?

In most cases, yes. Plan changes are managed through the patient portal, and any change needs to be made before your next billing date to take effect for the next shipment. If the plan you want is not available in the portal for your treatment, email care@newdaymeds.com and we will help.

A plan change does not change your prescription. If you also want a different dose or medication, message your licensed provider through the portal.

Can I pause my subscription?

If you need a break, the confirmed options are to cancel your subscription in the patient portal before the next billing date and restart later, or to contact care@newdaymeds.com to ask what is possible for your plan. Please reach out before your billing date, since charges that have already processed and been dispensed cannot be reversed.

If you are pausing for a medical reason, let your licensed provider know through the portal so your plan can be adjusted safely when you return.

How do I change my shipping address for future orders?

Update your shipping address in the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com before your next billing date. Orders that have already been processed by the pharmacy are shipped to the address on file at that time.

If you have moved to a different state, let us know, because availability can depend on where a licensed provider and pharmacy are able to serve you. Email care@newdaymeds.com if you have any questions.

Cancellations

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel before your next billing date, which is shown in the portal.

Once a renewal has been charged and the pharmacy has dispensed your medication, that shipment cannot be canceled or returned. If you have trouble canceling in the portal, email care@newdaymeds.com before your billing date and we will help.

Can I cancel my online visit?

Yes. If you cancel before a licensed provider has reviewed your visit, you receive a full refund. If the provider has already reviewed your intake, the visit fee applies, because the provider's time has been used.

To cancel, go to the patient portal or email care@newdaymeds.com as soon as possible. Include the email address on your account so we can find your visit quickly. The earlier you contact us, the better the chance we can stop it before review.

Will I be charged after I cancel?

No further renewals are charged once you cancel, as long as the cancellation is completed before your next billing date. You will keep any medication already shipped, and your licensed provider may still be reachable through the patient portal for questions about finishing your current supply.

If you see a charge after canceling, check whether the cancellation was completed before the billing date, then email care@newdaymeds.com with the details and we will review it.

Can I restart after canceling?

Yes, you can come back whenever you are ready. Depending on how long it has been and the treatment involved, your licensed provider may need to review an updated intake before a new prescription is written. This helps make sure the treatment is still appropriate for you.

Sign in to the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com to restart, or email care@newdaymeds.com if you are not sure where to begin.

Refunds

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel before a licensed provider reviews your visit, you receive a full refund. If the provider reviews your visit and decides not to prescribe, only the visit fee is charged and the rest is refunded. Once a prescription has been dispensed by the pharmacy, it cannot be returned or refunded, since prescription medications cannot be restocked.

Damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately. Report them in the patient portal within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with the pharmacy on a resolution. See our return policy for details.

Can I return my medication?

No. For safety reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned once they have been dispensed, even if the package is unopened. This is standard practice for pharmacies and protects every patient from receiving medication that has left controlled storage.

If your order arrived damaged, was incorrect, or appears to have been compromised in transit, that is different from a return. Report it in the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

How long does a refund take?

When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm by email when the refund has been issued on our side.

If you have not seen the refund after your bank's usual processing window, email care@newdaymeds.com with the date of the original charge and we will check the status for you.

What if I am not happy with my results?

Everyone responds to treatment differently, and we cannot promise a specific outcome. If you are not seeing what you hoped for, the most helpful step is to message your licensed provider through the patient portal. The provider can review your progress and discuss whether an adjustment or a different approach makes sense.

Because prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed, refunds are not available for medication already shipped. You can cancel future shipments in the portal before your next billing date.

Privacy

How is my health information protected?

Your health information is collected to support your care and is handled in line with applicable privacy laws. It is shared with your licensed provider and the pharmacy dispensing your prescription, which is necessary to deliver treatment. We do not sell your health information.

Communications about your care happen in the secure patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com rather than over email. For full details, please review our privacy policy, and contact care@newdaymeds.com with any questions.

Will anyone know what I ordered?

Orders ship in discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. Billing descriptors and emails are kept neutral where possible. Only you, your licensed provider, the pharmacy, and the staff who support your order have access to the details of your treatment.

If you share an address or a payment method with someone else, keep in mind that tracking emails and card statements are outside our control. Use a personal email address and payment method if privacy at home is a concern.

Can I request a copy of my records or delete my account?

Yes. You can request a copy of your visit records or ask about closing your account by emailing care@newdaymeds.com from the email address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before releasing records.

Please note that certain medical and billing records must be retained for a period of time under applicable law, even after an account is closed. We will explain what can be deleted and what must be kept when you make your request.

Contact us

How do I contact support?

For questions about orders, shipping, billing, or your account, email care@newdaymeds.com. Include the email address on your account and a short description of the issue so we can help quickly.

For medical questions, including side effects, dosing, or whether a treatment is right for you, message your licensed provider through the patient portal at portal.hoolongevity.com. Support staff cannot provide medical advice.

How quickly will I hear back?

We respond to support emails as quickly as we can, in the order they are received. Including your account email, the date of any relevant charge or order, and a clear description of the issue helps us resolve things on the first reply.

Medical questions sent through the patient portal are answered by a licensed provider. Response times can vary, and the portal is not monitored for emergencies. If you need urgent medical attention, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What should I do in a medical emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away. Do not wait for a response from the patient portal or support email, and do not rely on this website for emergency care.

Examples of emergencies include difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, or thoughts of harming yourself. If you are in crisis, you can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States.

Can I speak with someone by phone?

Our support team is reached by email at care@newdaymeds.com, and medical questions go to your licensed provider through the patient portal. If a phone call would help resolve your issue, mention that in your email along with a good time to reach you, and we will let you know what is available.

Email also gives you a written record of what was discussed, which is helpful for billing and order questions.

Still need a hand?

Email us and a real person replies. Please keep medical details for the patient portal.
