Refund Policy
Programs are purchased on the clinical platform at checkout, and the refund terms shown at checkout control. This page explains them plainly. See also the Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
Before a provider decision
If you cancel before a licensed provider has reviewed your visit, you receive a full refund.
If the provider does not prescribe
You are charged only the provider visit fee. The program price is refunded and no subscription starts.
After a prescription is dispensed
Prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed, so they are not refundable. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support through the patient portal within 48 hours and it will be made right.
Subscriptions
Monthly and quarterly programs renew automatically. Cancel any time in your patient portal before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future shipments; it does not refund a shipment already dispensed.
